Thomas Sullivan joined Home Leasing Construction in 2021 and serves as Project Executive.
Thomas manages the development, estimating, and pre-construction activities to bring projects from the conceptual stage into construction. He is responsible for providing continuity between developers, owners, design teams, and pre-construction teams. He manages scope and budget development, pre-project planning and initial logistics analysis, as well as schedule development, and funding source application submissions in the affordable housing, assisted living, and private market sectors.
Thomas brings with him over 30 years of construction experience in such roles as General Contractor, Senior Project Manager, and more. He has specific industry experience in Construction Management at Risk and Agency Construction Management. Prior to joining the Home Leasing Construction team, Thomas served as a Senior Project Manager for LeChase Construction. While at LeChase Construction, Thomas proved successful at managing a multitude of projects varying in size, complexity and delivery methods in the healthcare, commercial, mixed-use, educational, science and technology, public municipality, and industrial and manufacturing markets. Thomas values cultivating long term client relationships based on a foundation of trust and maintaining a safe work environment while delivering project excellence that far exceeds the client’s expectations.
Rooted in the Rochester community, Thomas attended SUNY-Monroe Community College and earned an Associate Degree in Civil Technology. In the past, Thomas has served as a board member of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Rochester and continues to be a passionate supporter of local charities.
