Harper's Corner

Home Leasing is in the process of constructing a project that will reimagine and revitalize the distressed but vital corner of East Main Street and North Clinton Avenue in downtown Rochester. The four buildings at the northwest corner of this prominent intersection—216-218, 220-222, 224-226 East Main Street and 5-7 North Clinton Avenue—comprise Harper’s Corner, an important community revitalization project in downtown Rochester.

Harper’s Corner will involve the rehabilitation of four historic commercial buildings into a mixed-use community with four ground-floor commercial spaces and 11 residential apartments above. Once complete, Harper’s Corner will contain a total of 21,971 square feet including the basement. The commercial space totals 4,350 square feet, and it will be available at affordable rents to generate economic and small business opportunities particularly marketed towards local and minority/women-owned business enterprises.
