Our Team

Josh Haley joined Home Leasing in 2015. His responsibilities include assisting in completion of funding applications towards asset repositioning, creating specific property management documents required for new funding applications, monitoring progress to ensure achievement of all requirements during the rent-up and/or relocation process, and assisting with portfolio management for assets considered for repositioning.

Prior to joining Home Leasing, Josh worked for eight years in multiple positions at Liberty University. As Associate Director of Retention, Josh was responsible for building and leading staff teams, managing day to day operations of the Student Advocate Office, and planning activities for the student body to optimize graduate and undergraduate retention. 

Josh received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Roberts Wesleyan College and his Master of Arts Degree in Religious Studies from Liberty University. Josh also holds a Technical Communications Certification from Rochester Institute of Technology and is a certified Tax Credit Specialist – Advanced, Blended Occupancy Specialist, Fair Housing Specialist, and HOME Compliance Specialist. Josh has also earned his Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
