Our Team

Lindsey Allen joined Home Leasing in 2021 and serves as Development Coordinator. Lindsey helps advance development projects by collaborating with staff throughout the company and participating in various aspects of the development process, including funding applications, private lending proposals, planning and zoning approvals, environmental compliance, community involvement, and closing documentation.

Prior to joining the Home Leasing team, Lindsey worked for the past 11 years as an architectural historian in the engineering and architecture industry. Her experience included helping state and federal agencies comply with historic preservation and environmental compliance laws.

Lindsey received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture & Urbanism from Smith College and a Master’s of Science degree in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Landmark Society of Western New York.
