Jill joined Home Leasing in 2023, where she plays a key role in supporting and streamlining the routine functions of the HR department. Her responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, total compensation, leave management (FMLA/PFL), employee relations, employee development, and the administration of company policies and best practices.

Throughout her career, Jill has worked with a variety of organizations, successfully navigating complex challenges and creating solutions that drive both individual and organizational success. Her dedication to continuous learning and leadership development has helped shape her approach to human resources. With a passion for people management and employee development, Jill has made significant contributions to the HR industry, focusing on strategic initiatives, talent management, and fostering positive work environments.

Jill earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Canisius College and continued her education with a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Medaille College, gaining a comprehensive understanding of leadership dynamics and organizational behavior. Jill also holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification, further solidifying her role as a respected leader in the field.
