Farmington on the Creek

Farmington on the Creek is located off Route 332 in Farmington, New York. The community offers 32 one-bedroom, 40 two-bedroom, and 32 three-bedroom apartments.

The monthly rent includes all utilities. This is made possible by financing and assistance from federal, state and local government programs, which allows us to provide beautiful and affordable homes to those who qualify.

Each apartment has an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, private patio or balcony, and individually controlled heating and cooling. Farmington on the Creek is conveniently located near many amenities such as shopping and restaurants.

Residents Farmington on the Creek are welcome to choose the quiet of their apartment or participate in the community’s planned monthly activities. Residents are also welcome to reserve the community room at no charge to host an event of their own.
