Warfield Square

Warfield Square is conveniently located on the East Main corridor in Rochester, New York. The community provides 72 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and townhomes with many modern amenities.

The monthly rent includes all utilities. This is made possible by financing and assistance from federal, state and local government programs, which allows us to provide beautiful and affordable homes to those who qualify.

Each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, dishwasher and abundant storage. Residents also have access to onsite laundry facilities and a fitness center. The community is conveniently located on the RTS bus line and in proximity to all the activities the city has to offer.

Warfield Square, named to honor the Warfield family who has actively served to improve the East Main, Mustard and Atlantic Avenue (EMMA) community and neighborhood, partners with Starbridge to offer 16 apartments to provide supportive housing to people with developmental disabilities. Starbridge partners with people who have disabilities and their families to connect to opportunities in education, employment, and healthy living.
