The Gardens at Town Center

The Gardens at Town Center is home to adults 55 and older. It is located in Greece, New York, in a peaceful wooded area. The community offers 176 one- and two-bedroom apartment homes, complete with the latest conveniences and amenities.

The monthly rent includes all utilities. This is made possible by financing and assistance from federal, state and local government programs, which allows us to provide quality homes to those who qualify.

Each apartment is designed with an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, individually controlled heating and cooling, walk-in closet in the master bedroom, large storage room, and balcony or patio. Residents enjoy the convenience of a community center, lounges, fitness center, card room, library, mailroom and trash rooms all located within the building. Three elevators provide easy access to all floors, one located in the center of the building and one at the center of each wing.

Thanks to our very active residents, the community room is bustling with scheduled activities and events. Residents are encouraged to participate but are always welcome to choose the quiet and solitude of their apartment, patio or balcony. Residents are also welcome to reserve the community room at no charge to host an event of their own, and to plant, maintain and harvest a garden on site.

Available Supportive Services

As part of Home Leasing’s unique relationship with Unity Health System, supportive services are available to those who need it. The availability of these services helps ensure our residents live comfortably in their homes, even when extra assistance is required. In addition, we offer emergency pendants to each resident.
