Glenwood Gardens is located in Essex, Maryland, just minutes from downtown Inner Harbor. The community offers 252 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with many modern conveniences.

The monthly rent includes all utilities. This is made possible by financing and assistance from federal, state and local government programs, which allows us to provide beautiful and modern homes to those who qualify.

Each apartment at Glenwood Gardens has a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, individually controlled heating and cooling, and energy efficient doors and windows. Residents can participate in the many planned community activities and take advantage of the fitness center, community garden, playground and computer lab. They can also reserve the community room at no charge to host an event of their own.

Glenwood Gardens is conveniently located on MTA bus lines 23, 40, 55 and 4, and is in proximity to main highways, abundant shopping and medical services. The community is in a park-like setting with mature oak trees and more than a mile of sidewalks, allowing our residents to participate in outdoor activities while enjoying a quiet neighborhood atmosphere.
