Keuka Gardens

Keuka Gardens is located on State Route 14A in the Village of Penn Yan, New York. This community offers 42 one- and two-bedroom apartments with rents ranging from $565 to $700.

The monthly rent includes all utilities. This is made possible by financing and assistance from federal, state and local government programs, which allows us to provide beautiful and affordable homes to those who qualify.

Keuka Gardens provides amenities such as a community room, fitness center, private patios and balconies, secure interior bicycle storage, raised garden beds, playground, on site management offices, on site parking for residents and bulk storage incorporated into the units. The community is in a highly stable and walkable neighborhood located within close proximity to a grocery store, pharmacy, shopping, schools, and employment opportunities.

In partnership with Mozaic, Keuka Gardens has 11 one-bedroom apartments reserved for OPWDD eligible individuals with developmental disabilities who receive support services and transportation through the Mozaic organization. Mozaic also has an office on site.
