Our Team
Angela Eicholtz
Development Manager
Angela Eicholtz joined Home Leasing in 2024. She serves as Development Manager where she assists in all aspects of the development process including site acquisition, design, underwriting, financing, and transition to operations.
Before joining Home Leasing, Angela served as a Development Director in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. With a passion for creating sustainable and inclusive communities, Angela has successfully managed numerous LIHTC projects, leveraging her multidisciplinary background to drive innovation and achieve impactful outcomes. Throughout her career, she has participated in over 45 projects, totaling over 4,800 units of housing.
Angela received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis, a Masters in City & Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
