College Greene

Located in a private residential setting across the street from Roberts Wesleyan College in North Chili, New York, College Greene is home to adults 55 and older. The community offers 110 one- and two-bedroom apartments with many modern amenities.

The monthly rent includes most utilities. This is made possible by financing and assistance from federal, state and local government programs, which allows us to provide beautiful homes to those who qualify. Electric is not included.

For the convenience of our residents, the often-active community center, fitness center, billiard room, beauty salon, library, mailroom and trash room are available inside the building. Given Rochester’s reputation for often-changing weather, it is a great advantage to be able to access all of these features without stepping outside. When the weather is nice, residents have the opportunity to plant, maintain and harvest a garden onsite. Additionally, each apartment is equipped with an emergency pull cord system.

Set back along a quiet residential cul de sac, College Greene offers a peaceful country setting residents can enjoy from their porch, patio or the large community patio. Surrounding the community are acres of open space, walking trails, two ponds and a gazebo.
