Union Square is located at the eastern gateway to downtown Rochester, New York. This property consists of 72 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with modern amenities and conveniences.

The monthly rent includes all utilities. This is made possible by financing and assistance from federal, state and local government programs, which allows us to provide beautiful and affordable homes to those who qualify.

Each apartment has an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen with energy star appliances, individually controlled heating and cooling systems, storage, internet and cable access, as well as a private patio or balcony. Union Square also offers a community room, fitness center, on-site laundry, and is conveniently located near several bus stop and local attractions and amenities. Apartments will be affordable to households with a broad range of incomes.  Twenty-one supportive apartments will be available to those who qualify through the Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative.
