The Gardens at St. Anthony's

The Gardens at St. Anthony's offers affordable homes to seniors in the Southside neighborhood of Syracuse, NY. The community offers 54 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with many modern amenities.

The monthly rent includes all utilities. This is made possible by financing and assistance from federal, state and local government programs, which allows us to provide beautiful and affordable homes to those who qualify.

The community features light-filled units in a historic building with full kitchens and dishwashers, central air-conditioning and resident storage. The community also includes a welcoming lobby, generous community room, on-site property management, resident laundry, fitness center, and 24/7 emergency maintenance. 

 Twenty-six of the units are set aside for frail elderly adults who require assistance to remain independent and will receive support from Nascentia Health.
