Rochester, N.Y. – Officials celebrated the opening of the first residential development in Rochester’s Inner Loop East Transformation Project.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at Charlotte Square on the Loop.
The housing development features 50 affordable units, including eight set aside for formerly-incarcerated individuals taking part in the prison outreach program through Spiritus Christi.
The development also features a fitness center, a community room and secure bike storage.
