Home Leasing, in partnership with Providence Housing Development Corporation, has proposed a new development project to take over the abandoned site of the former Rochester Psychiatric Center on Elmwood Avenue in Brighton, NY. The new development would include 120 residential units for low- and moderate-income individuals. 80 of these units would be built into a four-story apartment building, and the other 40 units would be spread across seven townhouse buildings.
