Sam Cannioto joined Home Leasing in 2024 as Director of Pre-construction Services. Sam brings over 30 years of experience as a construction/pre-construction manager with a diverse large-scale project history, including jobs valued as large as $200M for clients in multi-family housing, healthcare, government, institutional, and private enterprise. Sam started his career at a young age as a carpenter in his family's contracting business. Over the years, he has successfully managed construction projects as a superintendent, project manager, and senior project manager for some of the area’s largest general contractors. Sam is an enthusiastic team leader with a passion for mentoring and continued education, assisting young professionals to learn and grow in an ever-changing marketplace.
