Our Team
Nick Vazquez
Regional Leader
Nick Vazquez joined Home Leasing in 2020. His responsibilities include the oversight of seven communities across New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Nick assesses growth opportunities for each community, monitors compliance with various tax credit programs, provides leadership and training for onsite community staff, and administers finances for each community.
Nick brings with him four years of property management experience. Previously, he worked as a Community Manager for a local property management firm where he gained experience in the day-to-day operations of managing three affordable housing apartment complexes.
Nick is a member of the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM). He is certified as a Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) and Occupancy Specialist (COS).
