Owego Square, developed and managed by Home Leasing, is pleased to announce that it is now accepting applicants to add to the waitlist for 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments.
Owego Square’s main office is located at 140 Belva Lockwood Lane, Owego, Tioga County, NY 13827. Owego Square consists of 93 multi-family, affordable apartments with 8 apartments set aside for project-based vouchers. The amenities will include common laundry facilities, air-conditioning, community spaces, tenant storage, patios/balconies, and on-site parking. All utilities are included in rent. 10 of the units will be mobility accessible and 3 will be set aside for persons with hearing and/or visual impairment.
Property Management is provided by Home Leasing LLC. 92 apartments are allocated to those persons who meet the resident selection criteria for low-income tax credit housing.
The housing lottery will be held on April 28, 2022, at 1pm via Zoom at the link below. The application deadline is April 11, 2022. All applications received or post-marked by the application deadline will be included in the lottery. Owego Square has been posted to NYHousingsearch.gov.
