Beechwood Apartments

The Beechwood Neighborhood Apartments are located in 21 new buildings across the Beechwood Neighborhood of Rochester, New York. The community provides a range of housing options across 21 new buildings consisting of 2 single-family dwellings, 15 duplexes, 1 four-family townhouse building, and 3 six-family townhouse buildings. The project overall contains a total of 54 apartments, including 18 two-bedroom units, 34 three-bedroom units and 2 four-bedroom units. Limited off-street parking is available at each building.

Each apartment will be equipped with air conditioning, heat pump water heaters, and efficient electric appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/range, washing machine, and dryer. Water/sewer, trash/recycling, and internet will be paid for by Home Leasing at no additional cost to the residents; electric will be paid for by the tenant. Community amenities will include full-time property management/maintenance staff with an office in the neighborhood.
