Charlotte Square on the Loop is in the East End neighborhood of Rochester, New York. This property consists of 50 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments and townhomes with modern amenities and conveniences.

The monthly rent includes all utilities. This is made possible by financing and assistance from federal, state and local government programs, which allows us to provide beautiful and affordable homes to those who qualify.

Each apartment has an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen with energy star appliances, individually controlled heating and cooling systems, storage, internet and cable access, as well as a private patio or balcony. Charlotte Square on the Loop also offers a community room, fitness center, on-site laundry, and is conveniently located near several bus stop and local attractions and amenities. 

Charlotte Square on the Loop provides housing for households who earn a wide range of incomes, from 30% to 90% of the area median income. Eight of the units are set aside for Spiritus Christi Prison Outreach who has a private office and counseling space on site and provides supportive housing for homeless ex-offenders who are in recovery and are graduating from transitional housing. 

This $12 million development is the first development in Rochester's Inner Loop East Transformation Project. Additionally, Charlotte Square on the Loop marks the third phase of Charlotte Square redevelopment that stretches along Charlotte Street to complete the vision of establishing a mixed income, integrated neighborhood in downtown Rochester.
