Owego Gardens

Owego Gardens is home to adults 55 and older. Located just outside the village of Owego in a tranquil country setting, the community offers 62 one- and two-bedroom apartment homes, complete with the latest conveniences and amenities.

The monthly rent includes all utilities. This is made possible by financing and assistance from federal, state and local government programs, which allows us to provide beautiful and affordable homes to those who qualify.

Owego Gardens offers gorgeous views overlooking the Susquehanna River and surrounding hills. The community is set back from the road and has a garden for residents to enjoy. Each apartment is designed with an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, individually controlled heating and cooling, walk-in closet in the master bedroom, large storage room, and balcony or patio. For the convenience of our residents, the often-active community center, fitness center, game room, library, laundry facilities, mailroom and trash rooms are available inside the building.
