Ogden Gardens

Ogden Gardens is home to adults 62 and older. Located in Ogden, New York, it is just outside the village of Spencerport in a tranquil country setting. This community offers 89 one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with modern amenities.

The monthly rent includes gas and hot water. This is made possible by financing and assistance from federal, state and local government programs, which allows us to provide high-quality homes to those who qualify. Electric is not included.

Each apartment has an open floor plan, full kitchen with dishwasher, walk-in closet, and balcony or patio. The community center, fitness center, library, mailroom and trash rooms are available inside the building, allowing convenient access to these features without having to go outside.

Residents and their families are encouraged to participate in the many planned community activities but are always welcome to choose the quiet and solitude of their apartment, balcony or patio. They can reserve the community room at no charge to host an event of their own. Residents can also maintain and harvest a personal garden, and have access to the community greenhouse, so flowers and vegetables can be enjoyed all year long.
