Our Team

Katie Hart joined Home Leasing in 2014. She serves as the Director of Property Management and oversees Home Leasing’s portfolio of communities. Her responsibilities include leading and supporting Regional and District Leaders as well as on-site teams to ensure the successful operation and performance of our communities.

Katie began her career with Home Leasing as a summer intern on the Property Management team where she performed resident re-certifications. She was hired as a Leasing Consultant at The Gardens at Town Center before being promoted to Community Leader at The Gardens Senior Living Community. As a Community Leader, Katie’s responsibilities included tax credit program compliance, leasing, budgeting, and tracking costs, collaborating with maintenance to ensure building function and resident satisfaction, and promoting resident engagement. Throughout her time at Home Leasing, she has served as a Leasing Consultant, Community Leader, Multi-Site Community Leader, Regional Leader, and Senior Regional Leader. 

Katie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Syracuse University. She is a member of the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is certified as a Tax Credit, Blended Occupancy, and Certified Occupancy Specialist.
