Our Team

Joe DiProspero joined Home Leasing in 2016. He serves as Director of Property Maintenance and oversees all functions of building and grounds maintenance for the company’s management portfolio and infrastructural assets. His responsibilities include preventative maintenance, ensuring optimal functionality of all building systems such as mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire and life safety elements, as well as the evaluation and execution of needed repairs. Joe also works closely with the board of directors, outside contractors, building inspectors, vendors and other pertinent personnel to ensure the long-term health of company assets.

Joe has 15 years of industry experience. Before Home Leasing, he served as Assistant Director of Facilities at Morgan Management and held various positions including Capitol Improvement Coordinator, Project Manager and Buyer.

Joe earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Monroe Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from The College at Brockport, State University of New York. He serves as the Head Football Coach for American Youth Football and Cheerleading League in Rochester, NY.
