We are proud to share that Huntington Apartments in Seneca Falls has been honored with the 2025 Excellence in Historic Preservation Award from the Preservation League of NYS.

Once a deteriorating 19th-century factory, Huntington is now home to 53 affordable apartments, including 27 supportive units for veterans. This transformation blends historic preservation, sustainability, and community impact, showing what’s possible when partners come together around a bold vision.

We’re grateful to the many collaborators, advocates, and funders who helped preserve this historic landmark and create lasting homes for generations to come.
