Home Leasing is proud to partner with GreenSpark Energy to power the renovation of Rochester’s historic Hickey Freeman building, known as Tailor Square. This building will be home to 134 affordable housing units occupied by low-income seniors.

GreenSpark will soon be installing a commercial solar array on the roof of building to help power the development with clean, renewable energy. Additionally, a geothermal heating system has been installed at the property to help heat and cool the building in a sustainable manner.

We are excited to collaborate with another local certified B Corporation who shares a similar mission and values focused on improving our community, while also reducing the environmental impact of our work!
