Our Team

Laurie Williams joined Home Leasing in 2014. She serves as Controller for Home Leasing LLC and Home Leasing Construction. Her responsibilities include developing policies and procedures in the accounting department to help oversee the 12 team members, assists in the review of the following for all company entities: year-end audits, budgeting, review of the month end close and financials, prepare monthly internal financials for the corporate entities and assist with budgeting and forecasting for the corporate entities, provide guidance to team members for the construction entities draw process and submissions, perform weekly review and approval of payroll process for 100+ employees. Her current focus in the company is to assist in the new property management software conversion and implementation to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Before Home Leasing, Laurie was employed by Belcampo Belize Limited for two years as an accounting manager where she performed monthly reviews of financials and reported to head office, prepared budgets, filed monthly taxes and prepared payroll for 70 plus employees.

Laurie received a Bachelor degree in Accounting from University of Belize.
