Our Team

Frankie Diaz joined Home Leasing in 2018. His responsibilities include assessing growth opportunities for each community, monitoring compliance with tax credit programs, implementing resident service plans, training and advising Community Leaders on best practices for day-to-day operations and administering finances for each community.

Frankie brings with him six years of property management experience. Prior to joining the Home Leasing team, Frankie worked at Morgan Communities in Rochester where he held the role of property manager. This role gave Frankie experience in leasing, resident satisfaction, and oversight of property personnel.
