Ithaca Neighborhood Scattered Sites Phase II

Ithaca Neighborhood Scattered Sites Phase II will be the rehabilitation of four buildings comprised of 16 current apartment homes and three commercial spaces and the new construction of a 13-unit apartment building. This development will provide 29 affordable apartments to the City of Ithaca.

The new construction will be a wood-framed building that will include ten 1-bedroom apartments, two 2-bedroom and one 2-bedroom townhouse. 

The scope of work for the existing apartments includes kitchen and bathroom upgrades throughout, hardwood floor refinishing, new thermostats, sprinkler and fire alarm systems, and selective window replacement. The commercial spaces will receive a bathroom upgrade and addition, new thermostats and the replacement of roofing in areas of need.
