Tony D’Arpino joined Home Leasing Construction in 2015. He serves as Vice President of New Construction and is responsible for overseeing the design and construction of all new-build development projects including project planning, budgeting, identification of resources and scope creation. He coordinates the efforts of all parties including owners, architects, consultants and contractors to ensure the success of each project.
Tony has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry from acquisition through the construction of developments including senior living, college housing, single-family and mixed-use communities. Before Home Leasing, he served as a Superintendent/Project Manager at Christa Construction. He was also President & CEO of Signature Homes of NY, Inc., a custom residential building company where he built more than 400 single-family homes and 100 independent-living units for seniors.
Tony received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business Management from the State University of New York at Cortland. He has completed Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30 and Passive Housing Certified Training, received Aging in Place Specialist 1 & 2, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and Department Environmental Conservation (DEC) Erosion and Sediment Control certifications.
