Jeffrey Leenhouts

Vice President, Business Development

Jeff Leenhouts joined Home Leasing Construction in 2017 and represents the second generation of the Nelson Leenhouts family. Jeff serves as Vice President of Business Development where he is responsible for identifying opportunities to expand third-party construction. Jeff is also responsible for managing the Old Brookside single-family lot development in Canandaigua.

Jeff returned to Home Leasing after spending six years at Royal Bank of Canada as a Certified Financial Planner, CFP®. From 2005 to 2011, Jeff supported Home Leasing as Land Manager then as Vice President of Development where he was responsible for the management of two single-family developments. His work included land development, government approvals and lot sales. He serves on the company’s Family Council.

Jeff received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. John Fisher College and has earned Certified Financial Advisor (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Certified Assistant Housing Manager (AHM®), and Certified in Low Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance (TaCCS) designations.

Jeff actively serves at his church and in his community. He sits on the board of directors and finance committee for Newark Wayne Community Hospital and is an Emeritus Board Member of Rochester Regional Health Foundation. He is an Executive Board Member of the Boys & Girls Club of Rochester, Advisory Board Member to the Seneca Waterways Council and a dedicated member of the Rochester Rotary Club, where he serves on the Sunshine Camp Promotional Committee.
