Huntington Apartments

Huntington Apartments: Huntington Apartments includes the historic preservation of the 1870-era, former National Yeast Co. building listed as one of Landmark Society of Western New York’s Five to Revive (2018).  The building is currently 3-stories, but through the preservation of this building Home Leasing would restore the mansard roof adding a fourth floor and a total of 53 units.  Half of the project's units would be dedicated as supportive housing for formerly homeless veterans receiving supportive services through Eagle Star Housing.  Huntington Apartments is located in the Seneca Fall's Downtown Revitalization Initiative catchment area with the Erie Canal running along the southern property line.
