Home Leasing Services specializes in multi-family residential, single family residential and commercial construction. Our executive team has over 95+ years of combined experience, specializing in both new construction and historical rehabilitation. We are proud of our commitment to producing quality and efficient design in our projects. Our projects have ranged from $5 million to $22 million in cost. Within the past 24 months, we have successfully completed 3 new construction projects and 2 rehabilitations. We have several new projects currently under construction, and have doubled our portfolio in the past year.
